Stiletto style heels shoes having 5 cm and shorter than this are known as kitten heels shoes. The tremendously slight original Italian stiletto style heel shoes found in earlier times had the heels 5mm in diameter and the heels were made flared out slightly at the top tip. After the fashion was out in the mid of 1960, the slim heel shoes were entirely disappeared until it came in fashion in recent years. The actual stiletto heel shoes have a stalk of solid steel or alloy. It is the usual technique of making high heels shoes in the modern times. Which means plastic was used in as moulded form along with an inner metallic tube for strengthening but in spite of that it was unable to get the genuine shape and form of Stiletto heel shoes.
